What to wear to feel great - top 5 tips

  1. Wear something colourful! It will lift your mood and everyone else’s. I encourage you to wear colour and more colour! Sometimes the inclination is to wear one colour and a neutral like black. But wearing say pink and green together or red and pink is so vibrant and fun!

  2.  Accessorise! Putting on some earrings or a necklace really finishes an outfit and makes you feel more put together. If you wear a lot of neutrals consider a bright pop of colour in a bag.

  3. Consider wearing a metallic shoe in gold or silver. Sometimes a black shoe can kill an outfit. Gold or silver shoes/sandals go with everything and also lift whatever you’re wearing.

  4. Don’t be afraid to mix prints. A stripe Breton looks amazing with leopard print or florals. You can also mix different prints if they have similar colours or the prints are similar sizes. It looks fresh and interesting.

  5. Lastly and most importantly, if you have items in your wardrobe that don’t fit you get them out of there! Pop them away for now as it won’t make you feel good looking at clothes that don’t fit.
